Gremis s.r.o. is a company dealing with:

• Complete deliveries of constructions of amenity as well as industrial facilities,
• Sales of building materials,
• Line constructions (water mains, sewerage systems, gas lines),
• Constructions for the environment (water treatment plants, regeneration of landfill areas),
• Implementation of facades on monument buildings,
• Implementation of measures protecting from radon,
• Roadway constructions,
• Energy audits of constructions, including implementation of thermally insulated facades.

The company fulfils all preconditions necessary for the assurance of constructions from the position of a General Contractor:

• High quality of the management staff with many years of experience in the field of constructions (four staff members with authorisation for the carrying out of surface and transport constructions)
• Proprietary technical and commercial background of the company – the company has its own building machinery – excavators, dredging machines, building lifts, lorries, scaffoldings – two shops for building materials (Velké Meziříčí and Žďár nad Sázavou)
• Proprietary operation section making it possible to cover a project including the design and professional valuation of the construction
• Established Quality Management System according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 standards.
• In spring 2006, the certification process of the Environmental Management System was held at our company, according to the criteria standard ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005, as well as the certification process of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to OHSAS 18001:1999
